ReplyDeleteI wondered if you have the definitive recipe for bolognaise? IM starting to crave! And also as 1 is a no -no, can I not eat Quorn meat free then?
Hi - I'd stay away from Quorn if you have digestive issues. Looks like it contains wheat, and a lot of other "fake" food ingredients which may be hard to process (for example, see this blog - I don't know the blog but it addresses one of the weird ingredients in Quorn - http://www.onegreenplanet.org/natural-health/veggie-burgers-ingredients-health/). I've made bolognese but I've never worked out a good recipe - I'll put that on the list and do it soon. Thanks for the suggestion!
